Andrew is a multi-award-winning scientist and science communicator with a passion for making science accessible to all. With a broad research background spanning Earth, life, and materials science initiatives, Andrew possesses a rich and diverse knowledge base that enables him to create easily understandable scientific materials for any audience.
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology (2015) and a Ph.D. in Geology (2020) from the University of Cincinnati. Following the completion of his doctoral studies, Andrew accepted a prestigious National Research Council Fellowship at the United States Naval Research Laboratory.
Outside of work you can often find Andrew at the beach with his daughter, searching for the day’s “most shiny” shell.
