Eric joined Metric Marketing in 2018 as COO after serving as a consultant to the company for two years. He has 20+ years of early-stage operations experience, including over 10 years in the life science industry. Prior to joining Metric Marketing, Eric was the Vice President of Finance and Treasure at Swift. Before Swift, he was Director of Finance at Millendo, where he was responsible for establishing the financial operations of the company from inception through seed and Series A ($16 million) fundraising. Previously, Eric was Managing Director of Diag Ventures, a consultancy focused on financial and operational development of early-stage companies.
Eric earned an MBA with a concentration in finance and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a bachelor’s from the University of Michigan, and he is a licensed CPA in the state of California. In his free time, Eric enjoys cycling, spoiling his dogs, and spending time with friends and family.
