With her keen eye for detail and ability to juggle tasks, she helps ensure our talented team has everything they need to create marketing magic for our clients. From streamlining processes to organizing projects, she’s always ready to roll up her sleeves and dive in.

One of the things that Lisa loves about working at Metric is the culture of shared learning, where we are encouraged to share our knowledge and insights with others—contributing to the collective growth of the team.

When not on the computer or volunteering at the local high school, you can usually find her crocheting, reading a new book, or trying new recipes in the kitchen. Since embarking on her personal battle with cancer in 2011, Lisa has embraced a renewed zest for life. Recognizing every breath as a blessing, she approaches life with gratitude and purpose, knowing that God’s love and grace are ever-present in her path.
