Metric Marketing is looking for a strategic, resourceful, and growth-oriented individual with strong communication skills to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). In this role, you will be working with the CEO and the Metric team to develop, communicate, and execute business growth strategies that drive additional revenue for Metric and clients. You will also be responsible for nurturing those leads and, ultimately, closing on new revenue opportunities.

This position will be tasked with leading Metric Marketing’s strategy by continually developing and improving a comprehensive marketing plan, including website expansion, content marketing, organic strategy, email marketing, sales enablement, regular social presence, case studies, video assets & education, paid search, paid social, etc. You will have a team to implement these recommendations, but your perspective will be vital in order to ensure we are moving in the right direction and supporting your sales and business development efforts.
