Metric Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong design and communication skills to join our team as a Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding, digital marketing, and web usability, with the ability to design websites, marketing materials, advertisements, conference and event materials, and more.

This role is responsible for taking conceptual ideas and creating visual representations, both in print and electronic media.
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with internal teams and clients for a wide range of materials, including web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Develop new brands and coordinating materials, including logos, brand guidelines, websites, marketing materials, and more.
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
Develop concepts and original content, while determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
Ability to create illustrations in addition to digital design
2+ years of graphic design experience and a strong portfolio of work, including logos, websites, brand guidelines, and marketing materials
2+ years of experience with Adobe design software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe XD, etc.)
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to transform clients’ thoughts into design, and a willingness to take feedback and iterate upon designs until the client is satisfied
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
