Metric Marketing is looking for an experienced Paid Advertising Strategist. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase online presence and leads for Metric Marketing and its clients.

You will report to the Vice President of Operations, who will rely on you to utilize media platforms to promote company brands and increase lead generation.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing and implementing paid advertising strategies for Metric Marketing and its clients.

  • Develop and manage paid advertising strategies
  • Measure and report on the success of campaigns
  • Use tools including but not limited to HubSpot
  • Identify target audiences to maximize exposure
  • Work with the Content Manager and Graphic Designer to execute campaigns

  • 2+ years developing and executing paid advertising strategies
  • Knowledge of Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other paid advertising platform best practices
  • Good understanding of how to determine, measure, and report on appropriate KPIs
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong familiarity with agency setting
  • Remote work is okay, but we prefer candidates who can come into our Ann Arbor office in person
