Charley has over eight years experience in digital marketing. Having always had a passion for advertising, particularly the digital space, he has found himself in various organizations—both on the agency side and client side. With specialties in performance marketing, marketing automation, and paid media, Charley is always looking to the data in order to inform big picture strategy and decision-making.
At Metric, Charley spent 2.5 years as Marketing Director before moving into business development. During this time, he helped create custom growth marketing strategies for clients. Click here to see the results.

As Director of Business Development, Charley’s focus is both on building Metric’s book of business as well as growing client accounts. He believes that every business can reach its full potential with the right strategy and a talented team.
Outside of work, Charley enjoys getting outside as much as possible, whether it be running, biking, golfing, snowboarding, hiking with his wife and daughter, or playing frisbee with his black lab, Harbor.
